Law students successfully participated in the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot

On 4,6,7 -November senior students Elmira Usenova, Nursultan Temikeev and junior student Gulnura Erkebaeva took part in the annual FDI Moot Court Competition, which this year was held online.
Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot ("Foreign Direct Investment Moot") is the first competition in the field of investments among law students around the world. FDI Moot is an annual international student competition on investment protection and regulation that provides future lawyers with a unique opportunity to address issues arising from the obligations between the host country and foreign investors.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our great gratitude to the international law firm Jomart&Co, represented by its Managing Partner Jomart Joldoshev, who is also a Professor of Law Program at the AlaToo International University, for his support and to the foreign coach Dimitrij Euler for his invaluable contribution to the preparation of the team.
We congratulate our students on their successful participation and wish them further success! After all, the team of fourth and third-year students has already started preparation for Jessup Moot Court Competition, the largest international moot court competition in the world.
