From April 15 to April 20, 2024, the Vice-rector for Administrative Affairs of AIU, Seitbek Tillekov, together with the Director of International Relations Office, Edil Konogaliev, visited several educational institutions in Japan.
AIU's representatives held meetings with the mayor of Nagaoka – Tatsunobu Isoda, the mayor of Yahiko village, the mayor of Shibata city, as well as with Erkinbek Osoev, the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Japan. Representatives of the working group were also present.
In addition, S. Tillekov and E. Konogaliev visited Nagaoka Kosen Institute, Nagaoka University of Technology, International University of Japan and Jigyo Sozo University. During the visit, the parties discussed cooperation plans, including exchange programs, scholarship programs for students, MBA master's programs and exchange of experience. It was also noted that the Memorandums of cooperation with the two universities are at the last stage of signing. AIU expresses its gratitude to the representatives of Japan and all educational institutions for the warm welcome and looks forward to fruitful cooperation!
