From January 8, 2025 Ala-Too International University announces the start of transfers from other universities.
According to the Regulations on the procedure for transfer, expulsion and reinstatement of students of higher educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, a student can transfer after the end of the 1st year and no later than the 2nd semester of the 3rd year, since transfers are prohibited in the first and last courses of study.
When transferring, the student's English level is checked by a special AIU EPT test, as this is a prerequisite for the transfer of the student. To continue studying, a student must have an Intermediate level or higher.
Submission procedure:
- It is necessary to fill out a special transfer form in the Student Affairs Office (A Block, 1st floor, 102-office), attaching your transcript (credit book, list of subjects) or send your transcript to the email address student.affairs@alatoo.edu.kg with the indication of the student's data, the course and program of study at the previous university, as well as the desired program of study at the AIU;
- After a positive response, submit the following documents to the AIU admission committee:
- Copy of the passport
- Original ORT certificate
- Certificate and its insert
- Transcript
- Academic certificate (issued in the student department of the previous university)
- Photo 3*4 (6 pcs.)
