On November 22, 2024, a white coat ceremony for first-year students was held at the AIU, organized by the Faculty of Medicine.
“The ceremony of wearing a white coat for first-year students of the Faculty of Medicine is a significant ritual that symbolizes their first step towards the medical profession. A white coat is not just an element of a doctor's clothing. It is a symbol of purity of intent and professionalism. By wearing the white coat, students take responsibility for the health and well-being of their future patients, promising to observe ethical standards, humanity and the pursuit of excellence.” – said the dean of the Faculty of Medicine Kudaibergen Osmonaliev.
The program of the event included performances by talented students and professional dance groups. In addition, exciting games with prizes were organized for the participants. The culmination of the day was the solemn moment when the first-year students put on a white coat, symbolizing their acceptance of responsibility for their path in medicine. We wish our students success in their studies, dedication to their work and achievement of high goals on the way to becoming true professionals in medicine!
