Guest lecture from a Hungarian professor

On September 24, 2024, the Chief advisor, senior researcher of the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs, Professor Laszlo Vasa visited the AIU, and also held a guest lecture for students of the International Relations Department of. 

The topic of the guest lecture was “Connectivity as a new foreign policy approach – the case of Hungary”. The Professor examined this topic in detail using the example of Hungary, paying special attention to the importance of cooperation and dialogue in the international arena. The students asked questions and received feedback from the expert.

For future diplomats, such lectures are of particular value, as they help to better understand modern diplomatic trends and strategies. The ability to engage in dialogue, find common ground and create productive alliances is a key skill for success in the diplomatic field.
