My name is Sanzharbek Erdolatov. I am working as a director of Silk Road Research Center at Ala-Too International University. I was born in 19.01.1979 in Bishkek the capital city of Kyrgyz Republic. I graduated from Semetei high school in 1997. After that I graduated from Ala-Too International university from Computer Science department. I finished my master thesis in 2004 and graduated from Gazi University from Computer Education department. In 2006 I finished my second master degree from Kyrgyz National University department is Applied Mathematics and informatics. In 2010 I received certificate of completion of PhD from Zurich Technology university. In 2016 I graduated from Pedagogical Science and received my Candidate of Pedagogical Science.
I have started my professional career in 2006. I have worked as a director of Information Technology center for 2 years. I worked from 2007 until 2016 as a director of Library. Started from 2017 -2023 was a rector of Ala-Too International University.
Dr. Urmat Tynaliev, Expert Consultant at the Silk Road Research Center, specializing in Writing and Publishing Research Articles in Scopus-Indexed Journals.
Dr. Urmat Tynaliev received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota and holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Kansas, both in the United States. He has participated in several international development and educational reform projects and has taught at universities in the Kyrgyz Republic, Kazakhstan, Hungary, and the United States. Dr. Tynaliev has co-authored several articles published in international peer-reviewed journals indexed in both Scopus and Web of Science. He also conducts seminars and training sessions on writing and publishing research articles in international journals, tailored to the needs of young researchers, faculty members, Ph.D., and Master’s students in post-Soviet Central Asian countries.
Dr. Wang Tao received his PhD in Political Science from Tsinghua University, China. In 2017-2018 and 2022, Wang Tao visited Osh State University in Kyrgyzstan as a doctoral student. Currently, Dr. Wang Tao is an Assistant Professor at the Institute for International and Area Studies at Tsinghua University. His research focuses on comparative and ethnic politics in Central Asia. In 2024-2025, Dr. Wang Tao is a visiting scholar at Ala-Too International University in Kyrgyzstan.
Dr. Azamat Baiyshbekov coordinator of China and Central Asian studies of Silk Road Research Center at Ala-Too International University, completed his higher education at Beijing Language and Culture University, where he graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language. He subsequently obtained a Master’s degree and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International Relations from Tsinghua University.
Dr. Azamat has extensive experience working in government institutions. He currently holds the position of Vice President for Foreign Economic Relations and Trade at “Kyrgyzindustry” OJSC and serves as an advisor to the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
He is the author of several academic publications on topics related to international relations and regional security, with his works published in both Chinese and English.
Dr. Baiyshbekov is fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian, Chinese, and English.
