It is important for the university community to maintain friendship and develop interethnic dialogue. In this regard, on September 20, 2024, the AIU hosted a festival aimed at strengthening friendship and interethnic dialogue.
A female staff of lecturers gathered at the university, who actively participated in the events of the festival, shared cultural traditions and contributed to the creation of an atmosphere of mutual understanding and unity. The main guest of the festival was the poet Akbar Kubanychbekov, who performed his famous author's works.
The festival program included poetry performances, contests, komuz melodies, songs, dances, an ethno-buffet and presentations of cultures of different peoples. The dress code of the festival was the national costume and accessories. Prizes were awarded for the most original images and costumes. The event was a great opportunity to strengthen friendship and mutual understanding. We thank the organizers for hosting a wonderful festival.
