From September 26 to 27, 2024, an international scientific and practical conference on the topic “Development of Diasporology in the period of globalization” was held in Uzbekistan. In an online format, the event was attended by Professor Mariam Edilova and Associate Professor Zhyldyz Takenova with a report on “Multiculturalism and tolerance in educational institutions” (on the example of the AIU).
On October 10, 2024, Professor M. Edilova took part in an offline format at the International Conference “The principle of gender equality in the development of research competencies of women in Central Asia” with a report “On the research activities of women in Kyrgyzstan”. Also at the conference, Associate professor of the AIU Zamira Kamchibekova made a report “Gender equality on the example of the Olympic Games”.
The forum was attended by many young scientists from Kyrgyzstan, and the conference itself was held at a high level.
