On October 18, 2024, within the framework of the “Mugalim” project, the rector of the AIU, Associate Professor Zhakshylykov Zhyldyzbek Zhakshylykovich held a guest lecture on the topic “Lean education” for students of the Pedagogy Department.
During the lecture, Zhyldyzbek Zhakshylykovich told the students about the values of the teaching profession, the competencies of a teacher, as well as the principles and culture of lean education. The event was held in the format of an active exchange of opinions, where students asked questions and shared their thoughts. The enthusiastic audience actively participated in the discussion, receiving many useful insights and motivation for further professional development.
