Admission to the IT & Business College at AIU

Dear applicants!

Enrollment in colleges is carried out by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic from July 10. All information about the dates of college admission tours is available on the website: https://2020.edu.gov.kg/spuz/.

IT & Business College at AIU trains specialists in the following areas:

  • Economics and Accounting (by industry)
  • Marketing (by industry)
  • Computer Science
  • Software for computer technology and automated systems
  • Design (computer and graphical)

To enter the IT & Business College at the AIU, the applicant must pass the entrance exam in Mathematics and English.

The exam consists of two parts in a testing format:

  • English – grammar, vocabulary, reading and understanding (100 questions, 120 minutes)
  • Mathematics – Mathematics and logic (50 questions, 60 minutes)

Admission rules and terms of study:

AIU College accepts applicants with basic general education, secondary general education (based on grades 9-11).

  • Based on the 9th grade the training period is  2 years and 10 months. ;
  • Based on the 11th grade – 1 year 10 months.;
  • Based on the 9th grade, during the first year, students study according to the program of grades 10-11 and additionally study English.
  • Based on the 11th grade, applicants take an exam that determines the level of knowledge of the English language. Applicants who have successfully passed the test are enrolled in the 2nd year of college; those who have not passed will be sent to the preparatory course of the AIU.
  • According to the college curriculum, students of the second and third courses undergo practical training: educational and introductory, production and qualification, as well as write two term papers.
  • After successful completion of theoretical disciplines and state exams, a diploma of secondary vocational education of the state standard is issued.;

A college graduate with a degree in his field can enroll in the second year of a Bachelor's degree. A college graduate has the right to take the ORT, in case of successful completion of the ORT, he/she can enter another specialty, while being enrolled in the 1st year.

  • Passport or birth certificate
  • Document on basic general, secondary general education (original)
  • Military ID card or certificate of registration (for boys)
  • An initial payment of 30% of the total contract
