On April 25, 2024, students of the Faculty of Medicine of AIU took an active part in the IV Interuniversity Student Conference and poster competition, and won prizes.
Students Fayz Yassin Hussien and Canan Ayhan took 1st place on the topic “Knowledge about childhood autism among pediatricians in Bishkek”. Daah Mohamoud and Abdrahman Alsharkawi were also awarded the 3rd place with the theme “Comparative study of knowledge of medical students and non-medical students about antibiotics”. Under the guidance of lecturers Alexandra Lobzova and Shafee ur Rehman, the students showed a high level of knowledge gained, as well as research potential.
The conference was dedicated to World Health Day and organized by the International University of Kyrgyzstan. We congratulate our students on their success and express our gratitude to the mentors for their work.
