On September 20, 2024, as part of the youth leadership development and financial literacy program, the IR Club, together with the ProKG Professional Club, conducted a training on the topic “How to get professional experience for a resume”.
The event was opened by the Вirector of the ProKG Fedor Lщgunov with a welcoming speech, in which he presented the objectives of the training and outlined the key objectives of the meeting.
A special guest of the event was the founder of the “Bilim Do” Educational Foundation, Meerim Abdrakhmanova. She shared the history of the creation of ProKG and talked about the mission of the organization, as well as raised the issues of proper resume preparation for successful employment. Additionally, the participants learned about a large-scale initiative – the Republican Olympiad “FinOlimp”, aimed at students and young professionals of Kyrgyzstan.
Aimaral Chomokova, a participant in the Pro KG Leadership Program, spoke about the features of the program, shared her personal experience of participation and the unique opportunities that it provides.
The training provided participants with important information about the “FinOlimp” and the ProKG leadership program, including useful tips on applying and developing professional skills.
