In addition to studying at the university, AIU students actively participate in events at the national level, defending the honor of the university. This time, the AIU team “Amanat” (Bekmyrza Alyshbayev, Bekzhan Azamatov, Elaman Toktoshev, Ademi Zhakshylykova, Nurdolot Kalybekov) took part in the Republican Knowledge Contest “Bilgi” and adequately represented the university.
The Republican “Bilgi” Contest is an intellectual game for university students organized by the National Commission on the State Language and Language Policy under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and National Broadcasting Corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In the first round, the AIU team “Amanat” successfully made it to the quarterfinals, completing tasks on 8 major works and 8 mini-epics of Kyrgyz literature. Among them were such works as “The Broken Sword”, “The Battle of the Nomads”, “Er Tabyldy”, “Er Toshtuk”. In the quarterfinals, the “Amanat” team showed a decent game.
The aim of the competition is to strengthen harmony and mutual understanding between universities, as well as popularize the culture of reading among young people and Kyrgyz ideology.
