On October 18, 2024, a meeting was held at the AIU with Aliaksandr Birukou, Vice-President Journals at Springer Nature.
During the meeting, the Vice-President noted that his main goal is to discuss the needs of university researchers in publications and the possibility of support from Springer Nature. He also stressed that several successful projects have recently been carried out in the region, including special issues of magazines, books and conference materials. The Vice-President expressed hope that in the future it will be possible to receive more high-quality content from Kyrgyzstan and make it available internationally.
Springer Nature is the publisher of the most influential journals in the world and a pioneer in the field of open research. AIU expresses its gratitude to Aliaksandr Birukou for the visit and productive dialogue.
