On December 4, 2024 the Silk Road Research Center (SRRC) organized a seminar and training session titled “Writing and Publishing Research Articles in Scopus-Indexed Journals” for approximately 30 faculty and administrative members of AIU.
The session was conducted by Dr. Urmat Tynaliev, who covered the following key topics:
- An overview of SRRC activities, including people, news, publications, conferences, and seminars.
- Tools and resources for researchers, with a focus on utilizing materials available in Dr. Tynaliev’s Google Classroom.
- Methods for identifying quartiles and percentiles of Scopus journals to evaluate rankings effectively.
- The structure and essential components of scholarly research articles.
The interactive format of the seminar allowed participants to gain valuable knowledge and practical tools for the successful publication of their work in journals indexed by Scopus.
