On December 20, 2024, a bright festive event dedicated to the New Year's Eve was held in AIU. The program, which began with the university's national anthem, brought together students, lecturers and guests, giving everyone unforgettable emotions.
Rustam Umarov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, delivered a congratulatory speech. During the concert, the audience enjoyed the performances of the music club, rousing dances from the Vida Dance groups and the Folk Dance Club, as well as a miniature from the KVN Student Council. A special impression was left by the performance of the guest artist Zhiydesh Idrisova.
The highlight of the evening was the vibrant drumming show “Enerbeat drumshow” led by Adik Zhumabekov, accompanied by Maksat Toktonaliev's dance group “mob_dance_studio”. There was also a prize draw: The lucky ones took home valuable gifts, including a projector, an Alice station, and an Instax camera.
The event ended in an atmosphere of joy, fun and warm wishes for the new year 2025!
