  • The Human Resources Department is a structural unit of the university.
  • The Personnel Department is organized to ensure the personnel activities of the university: improving office management, legal regulation, ensuring the selection and placement of personnel, accounting for military personnel and foreign citizens working at the university.
  • Determination of the current need for personnel;
  • Selection of qualified specialists;
  • Documentation of the admission, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation — registration of employment contracts with employees and amendments thereto, preparation of draft orders on personnel, filling out personal cards of employees (faculty, administrative and managerial, educational and support staff and service personnel);
